Definite details below:

1. The customer who isn't satisfied with our products, please contact us by email sales@cchairextensions.com within 48 hours to make application of "return or exchange" since you sign for your goods. Overdue, this item is not available.

2. There won't be any restocking fee charged for exchange or return, but clients have to bear the shipping fee. After your exchange or return request has been confirmed, the return address will be given to you to send back the items.

3. Please email us with pictures of the goods that you intend to return or exchange for our reference.

4. In order to make sure that we are able to receive your returned package, please be sure to contact us before sending it back. We have every right to refuse to sign for the package if you send it back without our permission! Otherwise, you will be responsible for all the losses arising there from.

About Cancelling:

We can cancel the order for you free of charge if you contact us in time after your purchase.

1.Please contact us within 8 hours the minute you finish the payment.
2.Overdue, a handling fee will be charged.
3.Orders can't be canceled once the parcels are dispatched or the extensions are being customized.
